Ordered my wedding dress from dressale.com. Saw everything ordered a custom size. Was called back to verify sizing and asked to pay more for "rush shipping". The dress came a week early. It was horrid. It did not look anything like the picture. The embroidery was ghastly and it had no princess front . After several emails back and forth i told them to refund my money immediately(they tried to buy me off with 10% or a jacket on my next order ( not gonna happen ) . they also tried to blame the picture , my computer and my eye sight (!!) as to why the dress was not the same one i ordered stay away from these people . over all we were charged $60 in "shipping " charges for no apparent reason. They stand firm on not refunding and know they make terrible dresses. luckily my husband saved the day but i have seen many that couldnt . DO NOT GO HERE!!
