I ordered my daughter's prom dress on dressale.com, allowing 6 weeks for delivery.  I "chatted" with a customer service representative on the day it was to arrive and was told it was on hold waiting for the shoes to arrive at the distribution center.  I told them to ship without the shoes.  This communication took 2 days.  It shipped DHL and arrived 2 days later.  The dress is well-made with some hand beading.  The shoes are better quality than I had expected. Both shoes and dress are the correct size.

I would shop on dressale.com again but would allow more time for the dress to be made and would state that the date it has to be shipped was at least 2 weeks earlier than needed.  I warn others who choose to use the site to utilize their Chat option. Don't expect it to ship when stated.  Take the initiative to check on its progress.

i feel sorry for your experience.but i have goog shopping experience there .maybe you can contact their customer service and ask for help.
