Dresssale.com Beware!!! Bad company Doesnt stand behind product..ignores problem, emails Internet

I receieved the dress in a timely manner, before was expected but it was way too big, 4 inches too long, toobig in bust and waistI will never order from this company again! I ordered a wedding dress, paid extra to have it custom made. Had my mother do the measurements who has sewn for years and another person rechecked.

The lady on the 24/7 chat seemed to be very helpful, ask how much heal would be on my shoes, I told her to allow 1/2 inch. She assured me that everything would be ok and said if there are any problems contact us asap.

 I received the dress on June 30, contacted them via the 24/7 chat on the same day I received it to let them know that there were problems. They requested that I send an email to their customer_service @dresssale.com. I sent emails on three different occasions, no response. Each time I would send emails, I would then get onto chat and they would tell me they didn't receive them so I would send again. Then one man was even rude on the chat, Danny, he typed in bold capital letters as though yelling at me!

I wish I would have went to ripoff report.com prior to placing my order, I would have never ordered from this company. They have a bad reputation and I'm sorry to say, I found out that the bad reviews were accurate. It costed me an additional $100 to get my dress altered!
