Let me start off by saying DO NOT buy from DRESSSALE.COM you will be sorry! I thought I was getting such a deal ordering a wedding dress from them, till I found one somewheres else. and I emailed them to cancel my order JUST WITHIN 24 hours of ordering it. I emailed them BECAUSE THEY DO NOT have a contact number. They can only be contacted by EMAIL, it is insane. It has been almost a week and a half now since I've ordered/tried canceling my dress. they refuse to refund me. They tell me there must be other events in your life can I just keep the order and they can change up the dress for free.. I nicely tell them I no longer need the dress. I want a refund. They refuse well a week goes by and they tell me that I OWE THEM $56 FOR THE FABRIC THAT THEY STARTED ON THE DRESS ALREADY. Thats on them cause I tried telling them since I ordered it that i needed to cancel and they just wouldnt do it. I had to call my bank and do a claim. these people are a scam. out to get your money and send you crap dresses! Its such a shame what this world is coming to ! DO NOT ORDER from them. Pay the extra and go to a local shop for your dresses.
