Complaint Review: Dresssale.com

Dresssale.com Rose white, sherry, marry, joy, rose Dresssale.com has ignored my emails and phone calls. They turned off thier phone. My dress that I ordered from them has been delayed for two and a half months now. They didn't put up on thier website Internet

I ordered a prom dress from dresssale.com the begging of February. And told that my dress would be finished and sent out the middle of March. When I didn't receive a email stating that the dress was delayed I went to thier live on like chats and spoke with Rose. She said that there was a small delay and said that my dress would be finished and shipped by March 20th and I would receive the dress before April 5th. I waited and the dress never showed and no email. I called them and they said the dress was almost finished and i would get the dress by April 10th. Still nothing. Then I was told yestrday April 15th that my dress Is being finished and would be shipped today April 16th. I went and live chatted with them again today and they wouldn't not answer my messages or emails. I asked hen about my dress and all they said was they were short on seamstresses and my dress was delayed. And that if I wantto cancel my order I won't receive a full refund and all I would get back is $40 and I paid over $150 for this dress. I feel like this whole this is a scam to just get my money and I won't stand for this. Whenever I ask to Speak with a manager they say they aren't there or won't answer the message. Something has to be done about this. And stop them from ripping off girls and thier wedding and prom dresses when they need it most. Please someone help me with this situation
