On February 28, 2007, I purchased a 2001 Firebird for my son. At the time, I was advised by Al Demsky, Sales Manager, that purchasing an additional warranty was a good idea. I purchased a 24-month for $1,56.38.

In June, both power window motors and a power headlight motor became inoperable. I made an appointment with Nissan of Drexel Hill to have these fixed under my warranty. I brought the car in and was told that they do not stock the parts for this car; that I would have to take it to a Pontiac Dealer. I then made an appointment and took the car to Loughead Pontiac. They repaired the car for $1,496.06. They would not honor the warranty I had purchased; they are fly-by-night companies. They said they would honor a GM warranty since it is reputable.

On 6/26/07, I wrote Al Demsky asking for my warranty money to be returned since it was impossible to get it honored. He returned the money for that, but refused to return the money it cost me to get the car fixed.

I contacted the Better Business Bureau, but they replied after some time stating that Nissan of Drexel Hill refused to acknowledge or reply to my complaint.

They are seasoned rip-off artists.
