I also had the same problem. I had a charge pending in my bank account of $137.90 from DRI digital river. I cancelled my debit card straight away, As I didn't know who this co. was. I subsequently worked out that that anti virus subscription I purchased from Trend Micro added up to the same amount, which was already taken out of my account. I also found out that Trend Micro outsources to this co.  It seems that DRI digital river is trying to charge me twice for the same product. I Have sent Trend a complaint email. Will wait for a response.  meanwhile my bank says it may take up to 45 days for me to access my money.
