My Mastercard was charged 2 debits on 7/15/08 for 49.95 & 50 cents from this company.. I don't know who are this people and never bought anything from them. I did called my bank when the charge was pending but they said I had to wait. Wait for what? Right now I had to order a new card and still waiting on.. The bank need to handle this complaints better and put a stop to the charges right after the complaint is made. After all is my account I know when I used my card.

i recently downloaded software online called "Parallels Desktop 3.0 for Mac", which is a product of Parallels Software International, Inc. The software was bought from element 5 and in the notification email that I received from them was the following information:
