DRI*SWREG, Inc. Card Query.com DRI*SWREG, Inc.. Bogus DVDFab software and falsified guarantees of customer support/refunds Internet
I purchased DVDFab from this company; however, the software would not open and I could get not response from their "customer service" and once I requested my money back, they tried telling me I had never purchased from them.
I have all emails from them (which basically are just runaround time wasting nothings) yet they still claim they never sold anything to me. Strange considering their company's name is listed on my bank statement and the money was taken from my account.
I am now extremely concerned that they will try to take money from my account again and considering I am on a fixed disability income, this could be disastrous to me. Also, it appears they tried or succeeded in placing some type of bug/virus on my computer for immediately after the purchase I started receiving bogus "your computer is infected" and my computer is now super slow.
I am trying to work with my bank to prevent another withdrawal of funds but in the meantime, everyone who is searching for any of the product that this make-believe company supposedly sells, should RUN RUN RUN in the other direction for they are as crooked as they can be!
