I received notification from this company that my security system needed renewal. This I did using a personal bank account (normally I use the business account).

They then proceeded to deduct 2 payments from one account and one payment from another. They have refunded one payment to my business account but I'm still waiting for them to sort out the payment they have taken from my personal account.

Is this a scam? Why would they remind me by email that my subscription needed renewing when theres an automated system for duing this. I made the payment because I was worried about the security of my PC at work without realising there was an automated update registered on my account.
What can I do - have they acted illegally?!!!
