I am a 92 year old grandmother on a fixed income with costly medical issues. My computer did not have a known subscription to Trend Micro. No such charge was authorized by me as the credit card holder. My son is an IT/Computer Professional and stated in fact that there is NO such program or program files on my computer or even traces in the root files of the operating system. He can prove this in a court of law. This credit card number was illegally obtained by Trend Micro.

It was stated by Trend Micro to be an "auto-renewal". So, I checked my 2016 bill during the same period, and indeed found the illegal charge from the previous year. So, they ripped me off last year and illegally did it again this year. Shame on me for missing it on last year's bill, but I'm old and I don't alwats see too good. But, shame even more on Trend Micro for illegally obtaining my credit card number and billing me for two years.

This is a PREDATORY practice. This company is a PREDATOR. That makes this company no better than a rapist or pedophile.

I contacted them for a full refund. They stated it was too late to get one. But, I mhave not used the software since it is not on my computer. Furthermore, the company stated that I had the auto-renewal button turned on? What? The software is not installed on my ONLY home computer as proven by my son the IT/Computer expert.

Of course they can reverse or refund the charges - they just refuse to do so. How greedy can a company be when they refuse to refund $38.83?. I thought people in Texas were more patriotic and honest. I was proven wrong by the scammers who have proof the charges were not authorized, yet still like to rip-off the elderly on fixed incomes.
