Complaint Review: Dri Www Element5 Info Element5

A transaction from this company Dri Www Element5 has mysteriously appeared on my credit card for au$156.80. I have no knowledge of them, and I am contesting the transaction. Interestingly the transaction was dated 5 days prior to the closing date of the previous statement, yet it appears as the first transaction on the following statement. It also never occurred on my online credit card transactions as I continually check my card details online. It has only occurred on the actual physical paper statement. This means that the time frame is at the maximum and there was no way to pick it up quickly on the internet when it was initially debited.
