I have ordered from this company before and had no problem.
My most recent order however was taken and my card was charged for almost fifty dollars.
Afterwards I received no communication despite numerous emails. No product was ever shipped.
There appears to be numerous complaints being filed on this company. They are charging cards and failing to send product. This in my mind, equals theft, or credit card fraud.
They run the cards through a family business called Jackson's Sports bar which is also in Kennewick, Washington. I have tried calling and will continue to try and reach someone who can refund my money. If the money is charged there, it should be able to be refunded there.
The number to the bar is 509-783-4392. I recommend everyone who has been screwed by these guys call that number repeatedly and ask to be refunded for the credit charge.
They can pull internet fraud easily enough, but this restaurant has a physical address and is obviously linked to the fraud by paper trail.
