DRIVE LINE ANTIOCH TENNESSEE SOAL A TOYOTA HIGHLANDER 2007  ONE HALF AND A MONTH LATER MASSIVE LOSS OF POWER STEERING FLUID ONE OF THE SELLING POINTS WAS THAT IF WE HAD BREAKDOWN IT WOULD HAVE A $100.00 COPAY AND THE REST WOULD BE PAID BY VETEREX INSURANCE ONE CATCH COULD ONLY TAKE IT TO PEP BOYS IN NASHVILLE WHICH WAS 75 MILES AWAY. WE TOOK IT THERE BUT PEP BOYS DID NOTHING UNTIL THE NEXT DAY (BOB) HE CONTACTED AEVEREX WHO SAID THE POWER STEARING OIL COOL WAS THE WEEK WHICH WOULD BE $499.00 AND WOULD NOT BE AVAILABLE UNTIL MONDAY. I CALLED AVEREX AND TALKED TO CHRIS 888-781-5649 AND IT WAS CONFIRMED THEY WOULD NOT PAY ANY OF IT. WE HAVE HAD TO RENT A CAR WHICH IS 45 DOLLARS A DAY.

 

THE PAYMENT ON THE CAR IS AN AUTOMATIC DEDUCTION SCHEDULED ON THE 27TH OF EACH MONTH BT BRIDGE CREST I AM RETIRED ON SOCIAL SECURITY WHICH COMES ON THE 4TH WE OF EVERY MONTH WHICH MEANS I PAY 36 DOLLARS FOR NO BOUNCE SERVICE. I CALLED BEIDGECRES SERVICES 800-583-4984 ACCOUNT NUMBER 1240001642601 TALKED TO FIVE DIFFERENT PEOPLE AND THE ONLY ANSWER FROM THEM WAS WE WILL HAVE TO RESEARCH THE ISSUE BU GOT NO RESPONSE FROM THEM AND TTHE WITH DRAWAL WAS ON THE 17TH AGAIN.
