Drive Financial charged my daughter 20,000 for a 8000 car. Called me and family members repeatedly when payments were late. The reps need to be trained properly in customer service skills. When my daughter could no longer afford the high payment. They even lost a couple of her payments. I personally called them to pick there car up. They took exactly 5 months to pick up car. We want in on the class action law suit.

First off I am not and have never been a Drive employee.
I am a customer of Drive
Drive Financial finances people for cars with bad to fair credit at the time of my financing I was in that catagloy
Now to you problem
First off if your daughter could not afford the payments why did she buy the car
Second as you stated she was late with her payments
Thrid If I owed you money and I was late paying you would call me too
Fourth
The only people who get any money are the lawyers
I have been in 3 of them and was part of the winning party on all 3
I got $210.00 out of all three and the lawyers got over $70 MILLION DOLLARS
Now go ahead and make some more lawyers rich
The best thing to do is pay your bills on time and don;t get in debt over your head
