Complaint Review: Drive Financial

Drive Financial has benn harassing me a year after I told them to stop calling my employee. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau in Dallas Texas. I have also reported them to The Federal Trade Commision (FTC).

Everyone who reads this report and wants to get revenge the best way of doing this is to report them also to the following:

1)Federal Trade Commision (FTC) (www.ftc.gov)
2)Better Business Bureau (BBB)in Dallas Texas.
3)Keep a log of who calls, and the time the call.

We as the Consumer have rights also. The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act is located on www.ftc.gov website states the rights of the consumer. I am encouraging that we take a stand as a consumer together we can make a difference. I have made an official complaint to the FTC and BBB, but they stated that it would have to get several complaints before they could move forward.

Drive violated Fair Debt Collection Practices Act Section 804, Section 805, Section 806, and Section 807.

Please everyone who reads this take the time out and act on it. If you don't stand for something then you will fall for anything! Let's fight back!!!
