Just want everyone to know how dishonest they are. I work out of town from time to time. I was going to let the car go back but found out the car i have had for two years was not the car they had financed. When they sent someone to pick they car up which they sent someone more then 3 time each one that came for it said that the car i had wasn't the car they where looking for. The last time they came i wasn't home i was out of town. They had someone come that nite and try to get the car they said the same thing this person wrote the vin on the car down then come back that morning and say they had the right vin for the car. Which i knew they didn't because i checked the vin on the car and my paperwork and it was two diffrent vins. Which made the contract null and void because the car they financed i never had. Now they are trying to put a car on my credit i never had and trying to come after me for the money for the car. It wasn't my fault i didn't have the right car and i feel like i should get all my money back being i never had the car that i purchased and my mother co-signed for. So they basically lied to my aunt who was visiting and didn't know anything about the vin being wrong on the car and now are trying to cover it up so they can try to get they money out of me so they won't loose there money even though it was the dealership that sold me the wrong car and never came up to let me or them know i had the wrong car.

Who's dishonest?

Way to wreck you mother's credit. I hope she is smart enough to not co-sign anything else for a deadbeat son.

Didn't you read any of the sales, loan, insurance, DMV paperwork? If you had you might have noticed the discrepency in the VIN (an honest person would have corrected it). Did the VIN listed on the car insurance declaration match Drive Financial or the vehicle?

I am not a fan of Drive Financial and some of their tactics, but it seems you were are trying to get out of, at the very least, your moral obligation to pay on your debt all the while bring your mother down with you.

She must be very proud of you.
