My sister and I are behind on the payments for our car and Russell from Drive Financial has been calling the references that we gave when we applied for the loan. They call two to four times a day and in my book this harassing us. We have told them to quit calling so much. I have been sick and so has my sister. We have told them to quit calling so much. It has come to the point that if their name comes up on caller ID we do not answer the phone.

I made a payment one day and tried to call them that I had made a payment Thru bill Pay. The cost to send it was $9.50 which in my opinion is extra money that could be used on the next payment. The dealer that we got the car from is no longer in business. Also, I noticed on the registration for the previous owner that the value of the car was less than the value on our registration.

Okay, so I'm seeing your only real complaint is that we are calling you... Wow... I have no idea why you are complaining... If you lend someone 10-20 or even 30k to buy a car and they don't pay you, wouldn't you call them too?

Also, I know Russell, and he is a loss prevention rep. The only was he is calling you is if you are 4 or 5 car payments past due, and he is trying to keep you in your vehicle... So I would quit whining and answer the phone... People like you are the reason we charge such high interest rates... You've just admitted you have been skipping out on us... So we have to pay huge fees to skip tracing websites for access so we can trace you and find your contact info.

Quit being a deadbeat and pay your bill. Then the calls will stop.
