I have the same problem as everyone else I pay and pay and some how I am still behind. I dont know how after having my car for 2 1/2 years on a 5 year loan i still owe the whole loan ... and i aked for help if they would try to help by re-financing my loan for a better rate and they said "No they dont do that " it's like they want everyone to fail. i know i did not have the best credit but i was in need of a good car for my family and i. but i dont think that they should be able to take avantage of everyone that needs help... please add me to your suit....

It is clear you don't understand how finance works.  That's not a criticism, but an observation!


Your payments are applied to INTEREST first and then the principle.  You have either bad credit or no credit and as such you've had to use this dealership chain to get financing.  You are a SUB-PRIME customer and therefore your interest rate will be high.  That's why it appears your balance is not going down as fast as you might think.  Add to that any fees for late payments etc.


You've had to use them because of your credit reputation.  This does NOT mean you will be a SUB-PRIME customer forever unless you choose to be by not paying your bills on time.
