I gave Drive 2 check# over the phone for my 6/04 & 7/04 car pymts at 2 different times.

The checks did not go through due to a new software program they were integrating into the computer systems they use.

So I was asked to make another form of pymt. I used my online banking and tranferred 700.00 into their account. 1 day later the check for 7/04 cleared my account. I called and a file was created with their accounting department to help get the monies transferred back into my account. I was told it would take 72 hours. On the 72 hour mark I called my account mananger, at which time I was told their computer system was down and could I please call back.

Now I am really pissed off. I was charged 80.00 for insufficient charges by my bank, as well as it causing me to be overdrawn 273.000.
