Drive Financial Services HARASSING PHONES CALLS TO MY JOB GOT ME FIRED! THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED ripoff Dallas Texas

Drive financial services crossed the line!! After being asked by myself and my boss not to call my job because I could not be pulled out of class to take a call and to please leave a message, which they did, UP TO 3 TIMES A DAY!! My employer finally told 3 different people not to contact me at work or he was going to have to let me go due to the excessive rudness by Mr Monroy (Dallas Tx) Ms Jones (Dallas Tx) as well as a few others.

They said they didn't care and that if they didn't get me on the phone they would sue them for withholding information about where i parked my car and so forth. I was let go. My boss had no choice.

Thankfully, I will be re-hired in Sept. Drive financial services has violated my civil rights and broken the law. They disclosed 3rd party information on several answering machines of people I listed as references, repeated personal information about my account status to references as well as continued to call my place of employment after being asked not to which was recorded. THAT IS AGANIST THE LAW!! Collectors must adhere to "privacy act laws" or it's a violation of one's cival rights.

Regardless of the status of the account, the law is the law and no matter what my credit history is, it doesn't allow for ANY COMPANY to threaten, harrass or call me any name other than my own. Mr Monroy (Dallas Tx) said if I failed to make a western union payment then he will assume I was full of crap. THAT IS NOT OKAY OR ALLOWED!
PLEASE INCLUDE ME IN WHATEVER LAWSUIT THAT MAY COME!!
