It saddens me deeply that there are so many consumers that have been victimized by this rude, crooked and unprofessional company. Drive Financial Services has been a nightmare for me since day one. I purchased a car from them in Feb 05. Every since then I have gotten harrassing phone calls, deceitful customer service practices, and blatened lies. I attempted to set my payments to be automatically drafted, to be told my account was invalid. I have maintained this account since 1995. I get calls at my job on my cell phone and at home. I have put in writing to stop the calls. I make my car payment every month. I have been treated worse by this company than any other company I have ever dealt with.

After holding on their line to speak with a supervisor for 35minutes, I was transferred to "Alex" who Identified himself as a supervisor and opologized for rudeness of his "employees"I informed him that my pay day was being changed and he kindly offered to move my payment due date to coordinate with my new pay day. I was told by "Alex" that he would "authorize" those changes and quoted my new due date, only to be taxed with accured late charges and multiple phone calls-even to one of my coworkers (I work in a call center and he called in to our main queque)"George" stated that he knew I was avoiding him and said I needed to pay my bill. I was livid. I immediate called back, only to find out that "Alex" was not a supervisor and after requesting to speak with his mgr "Mrs Dallas" he lied and stated he never told me that and I need to make a famous money gram payment asap.

I pleaded with this character to tell the truth, I then asked the real manager if she could pull the call log, she refused. State he is not a supervisor and could not make those changes. Mrs. Dallas then told me that if I would make the payment today she would make the change for next month. THAT WAS BACK IN OCTOBER. I go through this every month with them. I have never been late. They are also reporting that I paid late from Oct-Dec. to the credit bueau.My husband has a chronic illness, and I beg them not to call and harrass us, Thier response was "yeah right". I am appauled and if even considered trading this car at a loss, just to rid myself of this awful company. The also spoke with my 11yr old daughter and said "I know ur momma is there" you need to tell her to get on the phone. PLEASE PROVIDE ME WITH ANY CLASS ACTION INFO-I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE THEM EXPOSED!!! COUNT ME IN 3FOLD!!!

Dear Chastity, I feel for you I know where you are coming from, I do not think there is a Class action put into as of yet. However in order to have a class action it needs to be within you state. (I believe, could be wrong) if you look through a few more of these rebuttal you will find a lawyer who can answer a few of your questions. I to am a victim of this rude, underhanded company. My suggestion is to request everything in WRITING and send it to them CERITIFIED, make a paper trail with these people. also about the calling write a Cease and Desist Order, send that Ceritified as well. Make a call-log. You will need to make a file, for any and all correspondance. any other question feel free to e-mail me
