Drive Financial Services ripoff insulting verbal attack on character Dallas Texas
After being with this company for little over 2 years, I had some financial difficulties due to health problems and requested an extension which I understood extensions were provided...
But I was informed, very rudely, after my vehicle was repoed for being one....one payment behind that I had to be one of the 10 individualls calling for extensions. Mind you thousands call in.
I was angry, but somehow managed to get my vehicle back and come to find out that I have to pay over $300.00 more for some repo fee..... I made arrangements and so far kept said arrangements.
But guess what, I continue to receive some nasty phone calls in which insulting messages are left..Like "Yeah like someone as irresponsible as I would answer there phone call" or "Hey listen, you better call me back or we are picking up your truck again" so on.
It's depressing when there are human beings out there who are mean just to do I job.. Guess what I work for a law firm who collects delinquent ad valorem taxes and I dont consider myself mean but flexible.............
