Complaint Review: Drive Financial Services

I have a auto loan through Drive Financial and I was to phone a payment in to the office. Although Drive prohibits their employees from post dating credit card payments he processed a payment anyway.

When I spoke with the representative a few days earlier we agreed that I would be calling in a payment on June 20th, I received a e-mail stating that a payment had been processed and I never spoke with the representative on that day and never authorized that card to be debited because I was not going to pay with that card at all.

The representative acknowledge that the payment should not have been debited but managers suggested that they could not reverse the charges. As a result of this transaction I was unable to make my mortgage payment.
