We have had Drive since the end of August 2005. From the beginning they have been scam artist. The car was delivered to my job, keys handed over and I was happy thinking that we would just make the payments and that wuld be that.

The same week the car was delivered I got a phone call saying that the deal was no good and that I was to return the car to the dealership. What?! All of this was based on the facts: 1.) my cosigner was not on the insurance which they knew when they gave me the car 2.) the home phone was being worked-basically they could call when they wanted too. At this point I should have known to just call it quits, but I needed that car.

Then, after about a month when the first car payment was due. The dealership called saying that they had made our first payment for us and that we need to reinburse them. We have already sent our payment to Drive.

Now, we are making payments and might be just one payment behind which adds up to only $275.50, but they are saying that I owe over $1,500! How the hell?! I have made double payments at times which I believe that take half for the car note and the other half for who knows what-making me in a deliquent status on my payments. P.S. We would like to join the class action lawsuit.
