Drive Financial Too high of interest rates that locked me in and now I can't sell my car or refinance my loan Dallas Texas
I would like to join the others in the class action suit, I have nothing but problems with them since getting the loan in 02/06 and now really regret buying a car period. I am sick of the harassment calls when I tell them I am paying in 2 days or 3 days (waiting for my paycheck) and them still calling me 5 times a day. Something needs to be done! I am appalled that last year I paid 7,000 on my car and my loan only went down 800. If they offered a refinance I don't think they would have as many problems.

They do have the right to harrass you when your payment is late. It's clearly spelled out in your contract. Also, you did sign the paperwork stating what your interest rate would be, so you have no complaint there either.
As far as the interest already paid, the reason that your principle didn't go down much is that you are paying all the interest up front. When the interest is paid, then you start paying down the principle. Deal with it. Build your credit back up and you won't have to settle for loan-sharks.
