I saw the commercial and was in desperate need of a vehicle I went in excited and after surrendering the old car I did have I found myself in a worse situation. The car they gave me kept breaking down so they asked me to bring it to their shop in Norristown which if I would've known it was going to take all day I would've packed dinner. Long story short they ended up keeping my car too so call order the part after several attempts of replacing the transmission and 2 months later not to mention the phone calls for a payment and I didn't even have a loaner they finally told me to come in and pick something else out which after paying for a vehicle report I found out the vehicle was on the recall list because the dashboard was liable to start a fire. I then took that vehicle back with the proof after having three vehicles and months of aggrevation I decided to surrender the vehicle then a month later I went to kia to get a car and I had 3 repos on my credit. So I immediately called them up and they transferred me to their finance department which assured me that it would be removed that was over 5 yrs ago and still to this day its on my report but they got slick and put one under people's commerce and the rest under drive here. It is a shame how they take advantage of people who are trying to better themselves and on top of that they charge you $400 a month but off they decals on the side of your car to take an additional $100 off but thats free advertising for them cause the decals have to be placed on both sides of the doors driver and passenger side dead in the middle. I even paid lundy law to send them letters to remove it and all of their attempts went unnoticed. This company preys on individuals who are in desperate need and they give you tricked out cars that have been modified to work for the first couple of weeks then you at they repair shop. I spent more time there than driving the cars. I want them removed off my credit so I can get the car that I need to get me to and from work.
