I was in accident the brakes failed during hard braking. I hit the Brake pedal so hard I bent the pedal assembly. There was a warranty done thru Aeverex Warranty service. The company they hired said that Aeverex would only cover the front replacement of the rotors and not new brake pads. The seatbelt restraints didn't lockup and threw me forward so I hit my head on the roof line the point of impact was the sun visor. The airbags did not deploy and I hit the steering wheel with my chest.

I hit the car in front of me when the brakes failed the car keep rolling to the point of impact with the Cadillac Escalade. I would up with a small concussion and my right foot is still in pain. This is the information I found out thru SAFECAR.gov,(http://www-odi.nhtsa.dot.gov/owners) Dodge Avenger vehicles manufactured June 25, 2011, through January 14, 2013 Component(s): AIR BAGS , ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. Electrical over-stress of a resistor in the occupant restraint control module may lead to the non-deployment. So they sold me a car that was unsafe and did not do a complete replacement of the front brakes you replace the brake pad when you replace the rotors.

By YOUR OWN ADMISSION, you BENT the brake pedal!  That doesn't happen in stop and go driving.  Hitting the brakes hard enough to bend a brake pedal VERY CLEARLY says it was a PANIC STOP because YOU weren't paying attention.  I hope that text you were sending was worth it!

I was in stop and go traffic. I gave the car in front of me 2 car lengths in this traffic. I have over 3 million miles with no accident I think in know how to drive. So maybe you better stick to something you know which is not telling people have to drive. Since you were not in the car with me you don’t know the more I hit the brakes to stop this is why I had put so much pressure on the brakes. P.S learn how to spell

Yes lets ignore YOUR driving skills. Face it, for that hard of a braking YOU were on their rump!!! YOU like most drivers FAIL to give the appropriate space needed and then when a accident occures, YOU do everything you can to deflect it off of yourself. Did you ever think that you might be getting push back due to the FACT that YOU are the completly responsible party? Slow down, pay attention, and drive better and you wont have to deal with these situations.
