June 17, 2013 I purchase a 2010 Chevrolet Cobalt from Drive Time the salesperson was Angelique Williams contact number 817.840.0202 extension 5125, I traded in a 2005 Volkswagen Beetle that purchase thru Drive Time also and about 3 years transmission was going out. A few weeks after I purchase the 2010 Chevrolet Cobalt around July 15 or 16, 2013 it rain and the driver side floor became soak and wet I had to put towels down to get the water up. I called Angelique Williams and she stated I had to contact the warranty company Aeverex. I contacted Aeverex and they stated I had to call/take to Fort Worth Automotive, Inc. 4850 Highway 377 South Fort Worth, TX 76116, 817.244.4924. My husband took the vehicle on July 18, 2013 the description of the repair was: “C/S there is water backing up in the driver floor. Blew out drains and preformed water leak test on windshield. Working as designed at this time no charge”. On August 12, 2013 it rain and the driver side floor became wet again. I called the Aeverex company and stated what was happening again about the floor being wet, they stated there was no record the incident before because Fort Worth Automotive, Inc did not contact them for payment so this time I would have to pay $100.00 deductible. I explained this was the same incident as before and why would I have to pay a deductible. Now the around the driver side headlight there is cracking/molding coming apart. I am not going to keep getting lemon from your company and no one is trying to correct this situation. Now the around the driver side headlight there is cracking/molding coming apart. I am not going to keep getting lemon from your company and no one is trying to correct this situation. Now I just receive a call from Drive Time Corporate Office his name was Kyle I explained the situation and he told me I had four options: 1) take the car back to Fort Worth Automotive and see if they will stand by their work, 2) or see if I could trade it in to another dealership, 3) return it back to Drive Time dealership and have a repo on my credit, 4) or just keep the car and make my schedule payment. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau to see what will come out of this.

The BBB is nothing more than a cheap, sleazy scam.  The BBB has ZERO power to do anything.  They are NOT...repeat NOT part of ANY governmental entity.
