The company never mailed me a itemized statement of the loan. Always contacted references in a harassment tone and always left negative messages. When asked what is the balance - always was given the run around. Never was mailed a balance statement after making payments. I informed them that the car had a bad fan and motor. No one asked me to return the car to get it fix or return the car for a trade in.
