As you know by reading the many ripoff reports on this company it has a horrible reputation with consumers. I will also tell you what the coporate enviroment is like. It will give you an insight as to what kind of company this is.
I am a former managment employee. I know that this will sound like a pissed of former employee trying to get back at their company... and this may have some truth to it but also everything I am saying it the truth. Who do you choose to believe me or the company with so many ripoff reports.
First some history the owner Ernie Garcia got his money from ripping off people. He got to keep his money be whistle blowing on Keating. So even though the company says it stressed integrity look where it started.
The company is very family unfriendly. If you have a family and move in to managment they will find a way to demote or get rid of you.
I have seen Lance Spotelson invite managment to the home office then take them out and by them as many free drinks as they like. Then he asks them questions when they have had to much to drink to entice them to say something against the company. A few weeks after that they will be terminated.
Also one regional got married and was demoted to smaller region while single regional takes over and promptly starts to fire people with families.
All the top exec have no families and abhor people who do. If you want to do buisness whith these type of people it is up to you.
