You were not sold a Lemon. You bought an 8 year old car "As-Is" with no additional warranty. Meaning that anything and everything that needs to be fixed is YOUR responsibility.
But as for the warranty, any of the items you described are "Wear and Tear" items. These are considered part of general maintenance and even if you had a warranty it wouldn't cover those items. This includes items such as the Brakes, anything that you stated was "due to mileage", and in many cases the Throttle Body. The only items that would have been covered is the Torque converter cover.
The other thing about the warranty dealers try to sell you, there is a huge markup on those where you can often find warranties from outside companies that are not only cheaper, but better. So NOT buying a warranty from the dealer was probably a good thing on your part.
Your other issue is where you went. Dealer Services are generally the higest cost services around, sometimes 2-3 times higher than a good local independent mechanic. For example, if it was a standard Brake Job on the Front Brakes only, you can find places to do that for under $200-$250. The Fuel Induction service you can find easily for under $100.
Also, if you have not done the Transmission flush, I would seriously suggest that you don't. Since you don't know the history of the car doing a flush, especially if it is a "power flush" could actually cause more damage than good.
