Drive Wire Inc. drivewire.com sent me ficticious tracking # for product ordered, took money from card and never sent the product. Lake Forest , California

I ordered some shocks for my car on 10/1/09. They took $403.25 off of my debit card within 5 hours. The following day 10/2/09 they sent me a ficticious UPS tracking#. When I called to ask why i couldnt track my order they advised me that that was a mistake and i would receive a new one by the end of the week. They guaranteed shipment within 3-5 business days. I called on 10/21/09 and they claimed that the product was on back order, so i canceled my account and told them to refund my money. They claimed no problem your money will be on your card within 24 hrs. It is now 10/29/09. No product no money THESE GUYS ARE THIEVES , as well they are suspended through the secretray of state of california. Brian Parks is the owner and RIPPED ME OFF!!! Do not buy S#$%$t from these people they will NEVER send it or give you your money back!
