This product is completely worthlessif it were something that could be held, it would be more effective as a paperweight than anything else.
The customer service is non-existent! All issues and concerns fall upon deaf ears. They do not answer emails, or ever pick up the phone! This company is completely non-responsive, unless of course theyre responding to a credit card transaction dispute, then they are all about customer service (but only with the credit card company!).
If you have already purchased this product, good luck getting a refund.
