Driver's Auto Repair #3802 Refused to Honor Oil Change Service Pack I Bought spring Texas

I bought 5 oil change service pack a few months ago, only used 1 time.
My wallet was stolen few months ago along with the discount card I was given to redeem 
oil change service when I take my car to shop.

I called Driver's Auto Repair and explained my situation, and was told, they would Not honor
my purchasre even though he looked in the system and Saw I BOught the service pack and only used one time.

He said it did not matter if I had bought, and if they could see I had not used but once, and I would Loose all the money I spent on this purchase.

I can not believe you can not give me another dumb card and honor my purchase, even after your employee  agreed I bought and could verifiy purchase.

I contacted your corporate office and received no reply, your company has no respect for customers, and could care less about customer satisfaction. 

How can you kepp my money and not honor your agreement? I do not recall signing anything that stated unless card is present service will not be honored. 

If i did sign such please provide copy, as I am sure you should have.

And to think I was going to have $600.00 worth of other repairs done at your shop, but after this experience
I will spend my money else where I am respected.
