I have never been lied to repeatly as a customer, this business is money hungry... I spoke to the manager and felt assure about his recommendation. Which costed me over 500 dollars. That was on Thursday, by Saturday he was gone. The problem that I paid for was NOT!!! Saturday I called and spoke to (who I was told was the new manager) Stan, to explain that the issue was not resolved. Stan assure me that he will call me to pick up the van, when he had an available employee. (which he did because, when he thought he put me on hold he told another customer that he had an employee on his way to pickup his car) I called 4 times that day and was again told over and over that he did not forget me. So I waited and waited. Waited til Tuesday until I called that morning. Only to be rushed and over talked. Telling me that he can pick up the van now. Now... I was on my way to work. Which was not possible. In the mist of all that, I started calling other locations to find out who is the regional manager for this store, and was given the run around and was told that regional manager could not call me back because he (Justin) was opening other stores. As a consumer, I have to let the public know how this business operates. If you work hard and value every dollar earned, do not let theses people witty you out of your MONEY!!!!!
