Here is a link to the Indiana Consumers Protection Division of the Indiana States Attornys Office. Everyone who got screwed by Expedite Soultions should file a complaint. By not returning our savings plan money according to our contract is fraud so if enough people file a complaint perhaps they will file charges against Kyle. I filed a complaint and hope you all file one too. Danville, Illinois

I am the one who started the original report on Kyle Ochs on here. He is definately a big scammer. There are numerous reports under expedite solutions as well, (all the same company). Check them out as well as these. Also they are now located in Anderson, In. instead od Indianapolis. They moved Probably due to their reputation in Indy.

you need to get your lawyer to get this book or you could show this book to a lawyer to get you out oF this mess if your lawyer isn't familiar with the rip off of STUDENT LOANS AND OTHER RIP OFFS.

BE SURE YOU ASK YOUR LAWYER TO SEEK EXEMPLARY AND PUNITIVE DAMAGES BECAUSE THESE PEOPLE DELIBERATELY DEFRAUDED YOU -- FRAUD BY DECEPTION.
THEY MADE MONEY AFTER THEY CHEATED YOU. IF YOU HAD KNOWN THE TRUTH ABOUT WHAT WOULD HAVE HAPPENED YOU WOULD NEVER HAVE ATTENDED THEIR RIP OFF SCHOOL.

GOOD LUCK!

The Bad News

Millions of Americans, delinquent on their student loans, often because of financial hardship or trade school fraud, feel the full brunt of federal collection:

* Tax refund intercepts
* Administrative wage garnishment
* Seizure of Social Security or other federal benefits
* Lawsuits with no statute of limitations
* Shockingly high collection fees
* Private collector harassment
* Sharp limits on bankruptcy discharges
* Bad credit records; and
* Ineligibility for new federal loans and grants.

The Good News

A legal practice manual that for the first time comprehensively analyzes all the remedies and strategies for students delinquent on their loans:

* Financial hardship and other loan deferments
* Affordable repayment plans, income-contingent loan consolidations, loan rehabilitation, and compromise and write-off authority
* Rights to stop tax intercepts, wage garnishments, and seizure of Social Security benefits.
* Legal claims against unfair or deceptive collection practices
* Loan discharge based on school closure, fraud, or failure to make owed refunds
* Discharge based on disability
* Strategies to deal with student loans in bankruptcy
* Minimizing collection fees
* Trade school abuses and raising school misconduct as a loan defense.

I was scammed by C1 ( Driver Solution ) as well.I went to work for USA. After about a week I asked for a new trainer because mine was well, creepy and kind of on the edge of murdering someone.They refused,I asked a few days later and then was promptly told I was no longer employed by them and to find a way home.Luckly, a USA driver that was at the terminal over heard it and was going to St.Louis and gave me a lift home. Their leech lawyer contacted me about 6 months ago ( After almost 4 years mind you ) and after he submitted court papers to sue me for $4,900 for their so called training ( scam ). C1 was the company that Missouri found out was cheating trainee's and revoked a lot and I mean A LOT of CDL's. Mine hasn't been revoked, Yet. Anyways. For years I was trying to get a payment plan set up with C1 with no luck what so ever.They simply demanded either full payment or 200 or more a month to pay it or I never heard from them at all.After their leech lawyer Brian talked to me, I agreed to pay 50 a month to pay the 4900 off.That same week, I received a fax from him from the court on the arrangement. It went from 4900 to over 7,000. He said I owed interest and lawyer and legal fees and so on. He then asked for more then the original payment agreement to top it off. What a bunch of money grubbing heathens. God will get them in the end.Needless to say, me and little ol Brian didn't see eye to eye on the new amount and I hung up.

If you plan to sue and we can find a lawyer and more people to join us.I'll go with you to sue these bastards for everything they have put all of us through.Let me know. I'm serious.

to have have been on the other end of the C1 nightmare. My story is the same as the others went to school, which was a nightmare in feb on top of 'cussing gus' a teacher who had it in for me, I manage to pass and signed on with PAM. My pam coach was great. I really enjoyed driving with him and then I was on my own.
I fell ill about six months into driving and had to be off for about three weeks. When I was finally released I called PAM back and I got a run around about when I was to start back. Finally the called and said i was no longer worked for them so I contacted C1.
You would think with a perfect driving record and clean history at PAM that they shouldnt have a problem getting me a job, but the told me noboby would hire me and that I would owe them the full amount $4995. Neddless to say after being a new OTR driver it was next to impossible to find a job let alone pay all that money back.
I finally landed a trucking job but no thanks to C1. After that I ended up in this factory were I am still employed and DO NOT need my CDL. The letters(bills) keep coming from along with the not so I nice phone calls to me and everyone else in my family. I attempted once to make payments to them but the did not count any of the money I had already payed them so I stopped that. I have since ran into a few differnet drivers who shared a simliar story(nightmare) about C1. I once payed 500 to a company to deal with them but nothing was able to be resolved through them. They(C1) are a rip and this is my waring to all BEWARE. STAY AWAY unless you like your credit ruined, nasty phone calls and one large bill. I also have filed my own complaint.
