Purchased a vehicle in late 2015. Vehicle has needed extensive work that was thankfully covered in warranty. The warranty covered USED parts that they sent over to dealership to be replaced. After multiple repairs on the back end of the vehicle, I paid for an additional CarFax. The vehicle had been involved in an auto accident and was struck from behind a few months before we purchased it. It underwent repairs and was put on DriveTimes lot. They knew about it. They gave me a free copy of the auto report however the accident was not disclosed. We even asked if it was in an auto accident. They said no. I am on time every single month, have paid out of pocket for things that aren’t covered in warranty like labor. How is this ok? Drivetime needs to be investigated. They are selling cars that were involved in accidents and they do not disclose it.
