I purchased A 2005 Ford Mustang in December 2007 from Ford Of Montebello in California. The car was financed by Drive Financial. my first payment was 1/15/2008 and the 15th of every month there after. my first payment and second payments were made before the due date. Nevertheless, in spite of my payments being made on time, Drive Financial ordered my car to be wrongfully and illegally reposessed. This now causes a bigger headache and screws up my credit. Please Help!
