In May, 2004 I purchased a 2000 Honda Civic care from Drivetime. About 2 weeks later, the air conditioner didn't seem to be working properly. I made an appointment at the local "Drivetime" repair shop to have it checked out. Well, 3 days later the car was supposedly fixed. According to my contract, if the car has to be kept over night, you will be re-imbursed $25 per day for car rental. I was told by 3 different employees (2 managers) that that is not in the contract. So I faxed them a copy of their contract which stated in plain english this fact. They still didn't honor it.

I was 1 day late making my payment and harrassed about it. I was told that I was in default and that payment 2 days from now was not acceptable. I told her I didn't get paid until Thursday and she told me "well be prepared"!
