Driveway Auto Sales TOTALED my Cadillac Escalade ESV on May 15, 2017.

I dropped off my Escalade to get serviced, inspected and an oil change.  I told the owner I would be back on Monday May 15, 2017.  His mechanic took my vehicle home with him over the weekend and on his way back to the shop, he totaled it.  All the airbags were deployed. Thank goodness no one was seriously hurt.

The owner called me mid morning on May 15th and told me the Escalade was in an accident and another vehicle ran into to it.  I asked for a police report and he said it was on line.  I had to find out myself, which towing company had it and retrieve my personal belongings out of the vehicle.

I got no cooperation from Justin the owner.  I asked him for his insurance company and he refused to give it to me.  The police report had the owners information and insurance policy of the woman who hit the Escalade and told me file a claim with her insurance company USAA.

He has only been in business for 6 months and has no customer service.  He did not offer any help, rental or anything.

I have spent over 40 hours, trying to get resolution on my claim.  USAA was horible to deal with.  Every day I would call the adjuster and got her voice meail.  I would leave a message to call me back.  She called one time and I got no where with her.  USAA didn't want to pay as much for my vehicle as it was worth.  My insurance company Liberty Mutual paid me what I consicered fair and they would subregate it.

My insurance company kept my deductable.  I asked Drivdeway to at least pay $500 and that would make me whole.  He refuses.  I spoke to him persaonlly at his office and he kept on saying my insurance company paid too much for my Escalade and I should be happy with the payout minus the deductable.
