Complaint Review: Driveway Concepts Inc.

Had our driveway sealed by these guys in early September.   First, they didn't bother showing because their "truck broke down" which seems to be a common excuse they use on their customers based on other reviews I read.  They quoted us an amount and we had the check written out for that.  When they got to our home, they told us, "Oh it might be more than what we quoted you."  My husband asked why and didn't get a straight answer.   So they did the job, or part of it, totally missing the bottom quarter of our driveway and not properly filling the gap between the driveway and curb.   We've been trying for WEEKS to get them to come back and finish the job and every time we call, we're told, "We'll be in your area and will stop by."  Well, we're still waiting.  Meanwhile, ice and snow is just around the corner and we've got an unfilled gap.  The only recourse we all have is to write negative reviews about them on line and dispute the charges with your bank.  They have one more week to show up to finish the job, then we are disputing the charges.
