I signed up for a free trial not knowing that it would kick in a busniess account charge after 30 days.  I explained to them I didn't need the business acount and can we just charge for 1 month of useage to be fair.  They would have no mercy.  We are a church and don't have that great of a need.  This to me was overwhelmingly stealing from us.  Unfortunately they have no heart for the customer.  They charged &750 on my credit card.
