Dropship Design These scums send refurbished crap and advertise as new. Refunds impossible to get! Ripoff Bainbridge Island Washington
I signed up with these bums a while ago, Ive dropshipped a few items with them, never made any money I actually lost about 500 bucks doing the whole BS Ship with them. The products they send out are mostly refurb crap, Ive only had 2 customers who actually liked what they recieved. If you see their crap on Ebay you will notice that it is always new sellers with few feedbacks, these are the people these dropship companies target, its only after getting burned that we realize the only make make money with wholesalers and even that is a joke because Feebay and Paypal fee you to death and any profit is marginal, as far as Dropship Design and all the other middle man dropshippers I urge you stay away, I lost my a*s with these people. Do yourself a favor, if it sounds too good to be true believe me... it is!!! Dropship Design sucks!!!!

The Better Business Bureau has looked into Dropship Design and has found that they do indeed try to resolve any issues with their customers. The BBB shows that all attempts to solve or reconcile were made, but sometimes it was the customer who refused the effort or continued to choose to be dissatisfied. The BBB shows that Dropship Design has made many changes to their business as a result of customer complaints. It would appear that Dropship Design is a reputable company continually trying to address and fix their issues. And as a source, the Better Business Bureau is one of the best.
Have you tried discussing this problem with Dropship Design directly, or was ranting your first choice?
I bet if you were to call them and maturely discuss what has been going on, they will try to remedy the situation.
