Complaint Review: DropshipDesign

I bought the program about a year ago and forgot I even had it. Until it came time for me to renew my plan. Renew my plan? It does not say anything about renewing it ever year.

But I had some extra cash and some time and thought it would be nice to play with it. So I contacted the tech department and want some CVS files so that I could build my own site. Since the one they had did not draw any customers that whole year after 3 days of being insulted and ran around I was point to a section that I never saw before that was asking for more money for the down load files.

I can not find it but I know when I bought this a year ago I was told that I could down load my files onto my own site. And now it cost me more money for it. And I just renewed it. This is a rip off if I ever saw one they keep taking and not giving one thing back.
