Complaint Review: Dropshipdesign

Label me a sucker. I didn't read the reports on these guys first. The deal sounded too good.

My first item I sold on ebay was great! It was an Xbox controller. I got the tracking # and customer rec'd it. THEN I got an email from the customer that said: (copy/paste exactly)

I did not receive what you represented on ebay. It is not new, it has been used and it is not XBox brand which is what I wanted. I did not want a generic wireless controller. I wanted an Xbox wireless controller which is what you represented it to be. Can you resolve this issue? If I had known it was not an Xbox controller, I would not have bid on it. Had I known that it had been used before, I also would not have bid on it. I do not want to give you negative feedback, but I hope you can resolve this, because the ebay item that I bid on said it was an XBox freeplay 2.4 ghz wireless controller and did not say it was generic brand. Your immediate reply is appreciated.

Now, first I printed cards with my url on them to advertise. So those are now no good since my site name got changed. (who knows if they will actually get it up and running after the "spammers")

Second, No where in anything I read did it say there was a "renewal fee".

I have questioned them. We'll see what they say IF they respond at all.

I do have another item I sold on ebay that is was shipped out a couple days ago. I hope to God it's right. It's a Giovanni Rizzo Bassinet for all you ebayers selling this item.
