Dropshipdesign.com ,Dropshiponauction.com No business contact information listed, charged me $29.99 for refund. Seattle Washington
I searched for dropshippers so I could make a little money online. After reading a review on dropship-review.com, I thought dropshipdesign was legit. After registering however, I realized that they have no means of contacting them other than trouble tickets. I found a number online and called but they have no telephone support. They charge $100 dollars for telephone support, and guess what??? You still don't get telephone support.
I figured this out by calling them, and navigating through their telephone menus trying to get a hold of someone... but when you navigate to their paid telephone subscription, you have to leave a message! Is that worth $100 dollars in telephone support???... So you can talk to an answering machine!!!
dropshipdesign.com also doing business as dropshiponauction.com is a total waste of money, and a scam operation. Their prices are not as advertised for their products, they have no way to contact them other than online "trouble tickets", and they'll charge you $29.99 if you want to cancel... ONLY if you cancel within 5 business days. It's no wonder why there's only a one time fee for their services... because it's a scam operation! I'm shocked they're able to continue doing business without federal or state authorities shutting them down.
If you're trying to contact them, I was able to find their address online after a tedious and prolonged search. It's the least I could do for anyone else who got ripped off by these scam-artists! It's shameful to have these crooks ripping people off to make a quick buck... especially in these troubled times...

Trust me I am no fan of PayPal, but at times they have their uses. They can be used to be our own enforcer Just like eBay uses them. Sad to say PayPal has a lot of power, more so then they should have but in this instance we can use all their power to get the much needed job done, what job, "SHUTTING DROPSHIPDESIGN AND THEIR PUPPET COMPANIES DOWN FOR GOOD" FOLLOW THESE WELL INTENTIONED SUGGESTION, I USED THIS METHOD BEFORE AND IT WORKED.
i WOULD ASLO LIKE TO MENTION 2 COMPANIES THAT ARE IN GOOD STANDING ON THE NEST, ONE IS IN DIRECT COMPETITION WITH EBAY AND GROWING VERY FAST,IN FACT THEY ARE MAKING EBAY VERY NERVIOUS WITH HOW FAST AND HOW POPULAR THEY HAVE BECOME(((Redacted))) AND(((Redacted))) AND FOR SUPPLYS TRY WWW.TRADERICKSWHOLESALE.COM
If you report the exact way Dropship design is ripping off both the people who are purchasing the web stores and also the way the people who are purchasing products that never get delivered to paypal then paypal with enough complaints will shut their ability to collect money down
Remember 1st they advertise not monthly fees, then after you get hooked they then tell you you must pay a monthly fee of $29.99( saying that they changed their terms and conditions) just because they write it down does not make it legal) they are misrepresenting the combo plan. they planed all along to charge the monthly fee, but waite till they get your $199.00 for the combo and a few months later hit you with the monthly fee or threaten to shut you down.
Also they require you to use your own paypal account to collect the money from your customers( if by chance you are able to make a sale ) then in many cases the customer who made the purchase doesn't get the product either because it was out of stock or they just didn't send it.( sometimes they send it weeks or months later) the customer files a complaint with paypal against the vendor not dropshipdesign, so paypal doesn't even know dropshdesign is doing the nasty deeds.paypal thinks the vendor is the culprit. ( especially if you have your items posted on e bay then you get it from both e bay and paypal about how your not reputable because products were not deliver, came in disrepair, not as described ect.
once you start telling paypal whats going on in detail they will start looking very closely into dropshipdesign and shut them down. give as much details as you can, give customers names, transaction numbers if you have them ect. also provide paypal with the other names this company works under)
keep bloging, using as many forums as you can, gather names of others who have the same complaints and advise them to contact paypal also.
I did this with another company and within 3 months paypal shut them down, then they started to use authorize.net and we did the same thing and they also shut them down. the big shot company who thought one person could,t do a thing ended up getting the company close down for good. one person can make a difference as long as they keep up the work, tell only the truth( no fabrications, or exaggerations) because once your labeled a liar then your COOKED
