DropShipDesign.com Ripp Off Inc - makes money by ripping off innocent people Bainbridge Island Washington
Being I have an Ebay store I was looking for a way to expand with minimal overhead. I thought DropShipDesign.com would be the answer... wow, was I wrong! DropShipDesign.com is the biggest rip-off. Out of 4 items I purchased thru DDS.com, 2 actually worked! After approximately one month I did get a refund on one item minus the shipping cost and the cost to return the item even though the item was received non-working. I am still working on returning a $31. item [+ $26. shipping fee] that was received non-working. I was told I would receive a refund minus the shipping which I think is ridiulous being the item does not work! They should pay for original shipping and return shipping.
The biggest thing with DDS is their prices. You can get lower prices retail then what DDS offers as wholesale. There is not one item that can't be found on Ebay for a fraction of the price DDS charges. Plus they charge outrageous shipping and handling fees.
When I requested a refund for my membership, I was told set-up was non-refundable. If I chose to cancel, simply do not renew membership when it comes up. I want to end all association with this company.
DropShipDesign.com found a clever way to make money by having people sign-up and pay to promote their business! Terrible support! Terrible customer service! Now they want you to sign up for Phone Support... another 40 something dollars. Guess they were getting overloaded with complaints... emails can be ignored!
Beware! DO NOT join with this company! Total RIP-OFF! 95 complaints with the BBB.org [including mine] If you have been ripped off by DDS.com, please file your complaint with BBB.org
Companies like these need to be stopped.

PLEASE NOTE: FRANK CALLED ME AND TRIED TO IMPERSONATE A EBAY EMPLOYEE. AFTER FURTHER QUESTIONING, HE FINALLY EXPLAINED HE WAS FROM DROPSHIP DESIGN.
NOTE:
WHEN YOU CALL YOU MUST LEAVE A MESSAGE STATING THAT YOU RECEIVED A CALL FROM HIM REGARDING PURCHASING A EBAY PROGRAM. WHEN HE CALLS YOU BACK YOU CAN ADDRESS ALL OF YOUR CONCERNS; FURTHERMORE DON'T EXPECT HIM TO BE UNDERSTANDING OR HELPFUL. HE/THEY HAVE A GOOD SCAM AND THEY KNOW IT. I BELIEVE THIS IS A SCAM THAT INVOLVES NUMEROUS INDIVIDUALS THROUGH-OUT THE NATION.
