Dropshipdesign Ripoff, damaged merchandise, won't answer questions, refuses to speak with me via phone , Mill Creek Washington

I, too, am a victim of Dropshipdesign.com.

I paid $199.00 for their complete package. I was LEAD to believe they had 24/7 customer support (WRONG!). They refuse to allow me to contact them by phone. All I get is a recording telling me to send an email through their website. I have done this over and over, only to get bogus auto reply answers, or I'm told that they cannot speak to me by phone because they have SO many customers that it would not be cost effective for them to contact all customers that want to speak to them by phone. I offered to call THEM so it wouldnt cost them a dime, but they also refuse to allow me to do this.

I sold 2 of their items on Ebay (was just starting out with this business). BOTH Of the items were shipped to my customers either damaged or not the same as the picture. Both items were expensive items. I have tried to correct the problems, but the idiots at dropshipdesign are dragging their feet. The 2nd item is a $250.00 espresso machine that was delivered to the customer damaged. When her son opened it (was a birthday present), the plastic bag surrounding the machine was wet and the machine doesnt work. I have HAD it with this dropshipdesign.com crap!

My customers are very upset. I get NO customer support. I paid $199.00 for WHAT? My 'website' that they 'made' for me isnt even registered to me. What exactly did I pay for?

This is the worst form of internet fraud that I have come across. I have demanded my $ back but they reply stating that it is a non-refundable fee. I want to cancel but I cant even get them to answer my emails now.

If anyone out there can guide me in the right direction as to what I can do to get my money back and get this crap cancelled, AND get my customers a working item that they paid good money for, please let us know!

Thank god I found your site. At least I'm not the only one out there that has been 'taken' by these crooks!
