Complaint Review: DRS Technologies - ESSI

DRS technologies agreed in a written contract to purchase the patents,technology, and assets of my company which developed the first unmanned surface vehicle(USV),tested and used in the Middle East, in the late 1990's.

In 2004, while working for DRS,prior to signing the contract's, an e-mail was sent through the company stating there would be a conflict with the Spartan(USV) program if we made the purchase.DRS had contracts for work on the Spartan program. Reguardless of the e-mail the contract's were signed and shortly after breached.

To date there is no Spartan 11m boat, the program was a flop that milked 100 million from the taxpayer for technology that already exsisted in the 1980's.

In 2005, DRS technologies hired the Vice Admiral in charge of overseeing the flopped Spartan program prior to his retirement from Naval Surface Warfare.DRS and the Vice Admiral will keep this dirty little secret as long as they continue to receive military contracts."One hand washes the other". I bet that's what happened with Uncle Bucky Bush, ESSI, And DRS!
